What You Can Recycle at Our Stores
Contact Lenses & Packaging
Don’t toss those old contacts! We accept unused or expired disposable contact lenses—just remove the liquid and bring in the whole pack: foil, case, and all. Pick up a recycling bag at reception, fill it, and drop it off next time you’re in. Let’s keep microplastics out of landfills!
Eyeglasses & Frames
Your old glasses can change someone’s life. We collect prescription glasses, reading glasses, sunglasses, and plastic or metal frames of all kinds. Through our partnership with Lions Club International, your donated eyewear is cleaned, measured, and redistributed to people in need across the globe.
Hearing Aid Batteries
Standard hearing aid batteries aren’t rechargeable—and they don’t belong in the garbage. Bring your used batteries to any of our locations for safe, eco-friendly disposal.
Hearing Aids
Give the gift of hearing. We collect used hearing aids of any brand or condition and pass them along to the Lions HARP (Hearing Aid Recycling Program). Refurbished devices are then provided to individuals who otherwise couldn’t afford them.
How to Get Involved
Recycling with us is simple—and impactful.
1. Collect
Save your used contacts, hearing aid batteries, or old eyewear. You can also grab a free recycling bag at your nearest Crystal Vision & Better Hearing location.
2. Drop Off
Bring your recyclables to any of our stores and deposit them in the designated bins. We’ll give you a new bag to keep it going.
3. Repeat
Feel good knowing you’re helping the planet—and helping someone see or hear the world more clearly
