Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner
Available Locations: Cranbrook, Prince George, or Vancouver Island
Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000–$130,000/year (including bonuses)
Bring your clinical expertise and passion for client care to a full-time role where you’ll make a lasting impact. You’ll test, fit, counsel, and support clients every step of the way.
What You’ll Need:
- Graduation from an accredited HIP program
- Registration in good standing in BC
- A patient-first mindset and solid organizational skills
- Experience preferred but not required

Licensed Optometrist
Available Locations: Cranbrook, Prince George, or Vancouver Island
Type: Part-time or Full-time
Salary: $100,000–$2000,000/year + signing bonus
Step into a ready-made schedule in a community-based clinic where you can focus on client care—not chasing patients. Ideal for experienced doctors or new grads.
What You’ll Need:
- Doctor of Optometry degree
- BC licensure
- Positive, professional presence and strong communication skills

Hearing Instrument Practitioner Intern
At Crystal Vision & Better Hearing, we’re passionate about supporting the next generation of hearing care specialists. That’s why we welcome second-year Hearing Instrument Practitioner students at Douglas College into our clinics to complete their practicum hours.
