Our Price Match Guarantee

At Crystal Vision & Better Hearing, we are dedicated to ensuring you always receive the best value. If you find a lower advertised price on a new, identical item from an Authorized Canadian dealer—before your purchase or within 14 days after—just show us, and we’ll beat it by 10% of the difference!

Bonus Offer Comparison:
If a competitor offers a bonus item with a product we carry, we’ll not only beat their price by 10% of the difference but also match the bonus item where possible. If the competitor provides a free Gift Card with their item, we’ll match their price and give you the same valued Gift Card—plus 10% of the difference. Please note that we do not match tender offers like gift card discounts.

Online and Delivery Purchases:
For online or delivered items, the competitor must have the product in stock on their website, with next-day shipping available. We’ll add any applicable shipping and handling fees to the competitor’s price to ensure a fair comparison. If these charges aren’t specified, a flat fee of $15 will be added.

Identical Item Criteria:
An identical item must have the same manufacturer and model number. An Authorized Canadian dealer is a retailer officially recognized by the Canadian manufacturer (unlike unauthorized dealers, who typically do not offer legal Canadian warranties or packaging). The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to refurbished items or demos.

What We Accept as Proof:
You can provide a copy of a current Canadian advertisement, original receipt, catalog page, or competitor web page as proof.

Price Differences Between Our Channels:
Occasionally, our catalog, internet, and store prices may not match due to publication deadlines. When this happens, you’ll receive the lowest price.

Additional Terms:

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.
  • Our Price Match Guarantee doesn’t apply to our own promotions.
  • It excludes competitor ads with terms like “limited quantities,” “clearance,” “close-outs,” “bankruptcies,” or “special events” (e.g., Boxing Day or one-day sales).
  • Promotions are limited to one price match per purchase.
  • We do not honor typographical errors in competitor ads.
  • We reserve the right to change the terms of our Price Match Guarantee at any time.
