I don't think they have proper procedures, I went to get my eyes tested, and the tested my eyes and did not turn the lights off so I can see the screen and everywhere else I go they turn it off and I failed my eye examination which is preventing me from getting a job now, and they handle cash in a very sketchy manner they do not have a till, but rather keep it in the doctors bag and do transactions that way, really sketchy would not go ever again

Called them this morning with a crazy request. Needed not one exam done but two and asked them if there was any way they could get me in for both in the SAME DAY! They went out of their way to accommodate me and I can’t thank them enough for doing so. Highly recommended, Great people.

Ryan, of the Maple Ridge Chrystal Vision, went waaaay beyond great customer service!!! He actually came with me to my mom’s ‘home’. (A long term care unit) to measure her eyes with new choice of glasses!!! I was really struggling with the measuring and I can’t tell you how relieved I felt, an amazing guy! The whole staff are great!! But Ryan… you rock buddy!!!!

Came in with broken glasses and Shelby helped me out and I was in and out all under 5 minutes with my glasses fixed! highly recommend 😎

Beginning with the professional eye exam given by Dr. Coe, who spent time answering all my questions about progressive lenses, and continuing with Shelby who spent a great deal of time helping me select stylish frames, the team at Crystal Vision provided excellent service, value, and support throughout this first time eyeglass purchase.
